Cancel a Purchase

Bought something from our online shop and changed your mind? You can cancel your purchase within 10 calendar days from the day you received the product or the day you bought it, whichever is later.

  • You don't need an account or to sign in.
  • You don't have to give a reason or pay any penalty.
  • We cover the return costs. We'll tell you how to send the product back.
  • We'll refund everything you paid, including shipping, using the same payment method.

Fill out the form. When you submit it, you'll see your cancellation code on screen: it's your receipt, and you can print or save it.
